Responsibilities: • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices • Remove impediments to team progress and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement • Track and report project progress using Agile tools and metrics • Ensure the team adheres to Agile best practices and principles Requirements: • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment • Certification in Scrum Master (e.g., CSM) is a plus • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Trello • Passion for driving team collaboration and delivering high-quality results #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
