Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Virginia, supporting a large IDIQ contract with a major Intel Customer. As a Scrum Master at aqua IT, you will play a key role in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, and managing stakeholder expectations. Job Overview:
- Support a large IDIQ contract with four active task orders for an Intel Customer
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Remove blockers and challenges for the Scrum team
- Manage product manager and owner expectations
- Proactively navigate the enterprise to identify and resolve problems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 8-12 years of applicable experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Strong experience authoring and editing technical documents
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Comfortable proactively interacting with technical and non-technical team members
Preferred Qualifications:
- TS/SCI polygraph clearance
