Key Responsibilities:
- Provide empathetic and personalized support to Amazon employees via phone, chat, tickets, and emails, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Build trust and rapport with employees, assessing and adjusting resolution plans to meet their changing needs
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve complex employee requests, referring to available documentation and escalating when necessary
- Collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues, update policies, and improve processes
- Maintain high ethical standards, confidentiality, and adherence to data privacy standards when handling sensitive employee information
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, human resources, or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to use Microsoft Office skills and other computer or internet-based programs
- Schedule flexibility to support 24x7 operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
