About the position

    Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary business hours point-of-contact for the 24/7/365 Northwestern Mutual SCC.
  • Monitor and dispatch alarms from integrated security technology and coordinate responses to emergency incidents.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing communications and document activities using various methods.
  • Patrol campuses and engage with potential risks to ensure a safe environment.
  • Utilize global risk and intelligence platforms to monitor and mitigate business risks.
  • Monitor employee travel plans for safety and security.
  • Conduct regular tests of security platforms and report results to leadership.
  • Compile daily and incident reports as needed.
  • Document all activities and calls for service accurately.
  • Monitor activities of security partners to ensure efficient operations.
    Requirements
  • High School Graduate or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • AED/CPR certified within first 90 days.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a corporate or professional environment under demanding conditions.
  • Excellent customer service skills in a professional environment.
  • Experience using video management and access control systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient in reading and writing English.
  • Experience as a risk or intelligence analyst is desirable.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Experience in a corporate security environment.
  • Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
