SOC Lead – Job Description

We are seeking a high‑performing Security Operations Center (SOC) Leader with a proven track record of driving Incident Response (IR) functions and elevating security operations. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and forward‑thinking, with the ability to anticipate threats, streamline processes, and continuously improve SOC maturity.

Lead and mature the SOC’s Incident Response (IR) function, ensuring rapid, coordinated, and effective response to security events.
Oversee day‑to‑day SOC operations, ensuring high-quality monitoring, triage, escalation, and resolution of security incidents.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across SOC processes, tooling, and operational workflows.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance detection capabilities, reduce false positives, and strengthen overall security posture.
Provide clear, concise, and timely communication to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Mentor and guide SOC analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and operational excellence.

Strong leadership experience within a SOC environment.
Demonstrated expertise in leading Incident Response activities end‑to‑end.
Highly detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to identifying risks and operational gaps.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and drive decisions.
Forward‑looking mindset with a passion for improving SOC operations, processes, and capabilities.
