Job Description

BeeVirtual Suite is hiring a freelance End-to-End Grant Writer to support our company and the small businesses we serve. You will own the full grant workflow from research through submission readiness, using client intake details and internal templates.

    We work across multiple industries, so we need someone who can adapt quickly and write clearly for different funders and programs.
  • $3$4 USD per hour (based on experience)
  • Estimated 1218 hours per week estimated
  • Research and identify relevant small business and nonprofit grant opportunities
  • Confirm eligibility, requirements, and deadlines
  • Create a weekly shortlist of best-fit grants with brief recommendations
  • Collect required client information and supporting documents
  • Draft, edit, and tailor grant narratives to each funder (LOIs, proposals, attachments)
  • Prepare complete submission packages for review (final narrative + attachments list + portal checklist)
  • Submit applications only after internal approval and follow funder instructions precisely
  • Track submissions, follow-ups, and outcomes in a simple tracker
  • Maintain organized files and provide clear status updates
    Youll write for a wide range of clients, including:
  • Restaurants, food and beverage, catering
  • Small businesses and microbusinesses
  • Real estate
  • Consulting and professional services
  • Home services (pools, cleaning, maintenance, service businesses)
  • SaaS and tech-enabled services
  • Travel
  • Education programs, workshops, and childrens programs
  • Proven grant writing and grant research experience (samples required)
  • Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and instructions
  • Comfortable working across multiple industries and clients
  • Reliable communication and consistent weekly output
  • Experience with Grants.gov, SAM.gov, and foundation portals
  • Experience writing for community programs, education, workforce development, or small business initiatives
