Job Description
We are an agency building a dedicated outreach system for D2C brands and e-commerce companies. We generate our own leads, take client calls, and close projects consistently. Now we are looking for reliable AI Automation Developers who can work with us on an ongoing basis to build and deliver AI-powered support systems and automations for our clients. We are NOT looking for a one-time freelancer. We are looking for someone who can become a long-term technical partner for multiple paid projects. What You Will Be Helping Us Build You should be able to create AI automation systems such as: AI customer support agents (FAQs, order status, returns, pre-purchase questions) AI chatbots integrated with website / CRM / email Simple workflow automations using tools like Zapier, Make, Voiceflow, CrewAI, AgentForce, LangChain, or other agent frameworks AI assistants that reduce repetitive work for D2C brands Backend dashboards & simple automations for business processes You do NOT need to be a hardcore ML engineer.
But you MUST know how to: Build working AI agents Connect tools together Test the flows properly Deliver clean, functional automations What We Bring to the Table We already have:

The ability to bring ongoing clients and continuous projects A simple delivery process (we handle all client communication) You’ll only focus on the technical work. We handle sales, clients, deadlines, and communication. Project Model We will offer you ongoing project work, not one-time tasks.
Typical project types: AI Support Agent setups for D2C brands Operational automations Data workflows Simple AI integrations Depending on client needs, each project will have: A clear brief Clear expected output No unnecessary complexity Pricing & Payment Structure We prefer fixed-price per project, not hourly. Here’s how it will work: You tell us your fixed price range for building: Basic AI agent setup Medium complexity setups More advanced workflows We add our own margin and sell it to the client.
This way: You get paid your fixed amount We handle the sales, pricing, and margin Client gets a clean, complete system If your price is too high for a project and the client does not agree, we will simply not proceed with that client. No risk for you. We ONLY want developers whose pricing is: Reasonable Consistent
Professional Long-term friendly Responsibilities Build the AI automation based on our brief Test the system properly before delivery Fix small adjustments if needed Maintain clean communication with us (not the client) Occasionally join a short internal call to explain the system Work quickly and reliably No direct client communication.
No sales responsibilities. Just clean, technical delivery. What We’re Looking For Experience building AI agents (chatbots, automations, workflows) Strong familiarity with tools such as: OpenAI API CrewAI / AgentForce / LangChain Zapier / Make / AirTable Gemini / Claude / LLM-based integrations Voiceflow / Botpress / or similar platforms Ability to deliver within deadlines Good English communication Long-term partnership mindset Someone who wants consistent work every month, not one-time gigs Bonus (but not required): Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands Experience integrating AI with Shopify, WooCommerce, Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.
