Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking for full control over your work, fees, and clients?
We’re seeking self-employed recruitment consultants with proven experience to join our growing network of independent professionals.
You’ll manage your own clients and candidates, work across traditional percentage-based recruitment and fixed-fee models, and have the freedom to set your own fees (within reasonable parameters).
What You’ll Do:
- Manage your own recruitment desk – 360° or 180° as preferred
- Build and maintain client and candidate relationships
- Deliver results using traditional contingency recruitment and fixed-fee options
- Set and negotiate your own fees in line with market standards
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and client service
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of proven recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Commercial mindset with a client-first attitude
- Existing client base a plus, but not required
