Your Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Support small class groups in delivering engaging and tailored lessons.
- Assist pupils with individual learning plans, helping them progress academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Provide emotional and behavioral support to encourage confidence and independence.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for every learner.
