We're expanding our team and looking for a
Senior Accountant
who's ready to own a portfolio of US clients and grow with us.
The Role
- As aSenior Accountant at Preesha Global, you'll be the financial backbone for multiple US-based clients — managing their books, ensuring compliance, hitting deadlines, and being the kind of trusted advisor clients come back to. This is a high-ownership role with real career growth potential.What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for a portfolio of US clients across multiple industries
- Prepare and review financial statements — P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
- Handle month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and on-time delivery
- Process and review payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Assist with US tax preparation and filing support (federal and state)
- Communicate directly with clients to resolve queries and deliver financial updates
- Maintain compliance with US GAAP standards and client-specific requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve workflows and accuracy
- What We're Looking ForEducation:
- B.Com / M.Com
- CA Inter (dropouts welcome — your experience matters more than the certificate)
- Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in US Accounting
- Proven track record managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Must-Have Skills:
- Proficient in QuickBooks(Online and/or Desktop)
- Strong command of MS Office Suite(especially Excel)
- Exceptional attention to detail — you catch what others miss
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlineswithout dropping the ball
- Strong client communication skills— written and verbal
