MedSupport, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage all billing processes for assigned clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial and RCM software, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Ā Process out Client's daily billing completely and efficiently.

Ā Working all pended and rejected insurance claims.

Ā Responsible for aged statuses of accounts receivable aged trial balance.
,
Ā Communicating with our Client on requirements and information needs to get accounts paid.
,
Ā Answering billing inquiry calls from our Client's patients.
,
Ā Reviewing accounts for collection services.
,
Ā Reviewing accounts for refunds to patients and insurances.
,
Ā Maintain accurate status of patient accounts in the RCM software.
,
Ā Prepare and send invoices to Client's patients in a timely manner.
,
Ā Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with insurance as necessary.
,
Ā Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable.
,
Ā Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to billing or payments.
,
Ā Utilize technical accounting skills to support various accounting functions as needed.
Requirements
Ā Proven experience in medical accounts receivable.
,
Ā Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
,
Ā Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and analysis.

Ā Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Ā Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.

Ā Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
