Job Description
I’m looking for a senior AI agent builder / automation engineer to architect and implement Ai Agents and workflows across our stack. This is not a beginner role and not a Zapier-only position. You should have hands-on experience testing, building, and shipping AI agents using multiple tools — and understand the pros, cons, limits, and tradeoffs of each. If you’ve only experimented with prompts or one platform, this is not a fit. You must be able to show an example of an Ai Agent that you have created - not just a chat customer service bot. Required Experience: You must have real experience with multiple AI agent + automation tools, such as: n8n Pipedream Zapier / Make (as part of a larger architecture, not the whole solution) ChatGPT / OpenAI APIs Google AI / Workspace automations API-based workflows Webhooks, data parsing, and logic-heavy automations You should be able to clearly explain: When to use n8n vs Pipedream vs Zapier Where AI agents break down What should be deterministic vs AI-driven How to scale workflows that handle high email volume and messy real-world data Core Systems We Use Attio (CRM) Outlook (primary inbox) Mixmax Apollo Monday.com QuickBooks OneDrive Slack You don’t need deep experience with all of these, but you must be comfortable integrating across modern SaaS tools.
