Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr
- Responsibilities:
- Partner with VP/SVP stakeholders to shape the enterprise AI narrative for executive forums.
- Maintain a holistic, executive-level view of the AI portfolio (initiatives, priorities, risks, dependencies, outcomes).
- Establish an AI portfolio governance and reporting layer tailored for CEO/CTO consumption.
- Translate technical and delivery signals into strategic insights, trade-offs, and recommendations.
- Produce executive-ready dashboards, briefings, and readouts.
- Proactively surface portfolio-level risks, trends, and decision points.
- ct as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on AI progress and readiness to scale.
- I initiatives are understood and managed as a single enterprise portfolio.
- Risks and trade-offs are surfaced early with clear leadership options.
- The role is viewed as a strategic thought partner, not a reporting function. Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 12+ years in portfolio, program, or enterprise initiative leadership.
- Proven experience supporting VP, SVP, and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong ability to craft executive narratives, not just status reports.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stream portfolios (AI, data, or digital preferred).
- High executive presence, judgment, and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-evolving environments.
