We're seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, Customer Insights to join our high-growth team and contribute to the development of actionable insights that advance care and research, drive strategic growth, and achieve financial success. **Why This Role Matters** As a Senior Analyst, Customer Insights, you'll play a critical role in helping arenaflex customers unlock more from their data. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their goals and objectives, and translate those into concrete deliverables that drive business value. With a strong background in healthcare analytics, you'll develop data models to support Behavioral Health performance monitoring at a population level, deliver customer-facing dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project management, road mapping, and analytics product ideation. **What Success Looks Like** In the first 3 months, you'll gain a deep understanding of arenaflex's data model, data ingestion process, and GA Options, as well as our Analytics team's reporting tools (SQL database, Redshift, QuickSight BI product). You'll become an expert in your core client's performance reporting needs, onboard with your core teammates, and start building value-add reporting for our customer base. In the next 6 months, you'll be building value-add reporting for multiple customers, providing direct support to clients with technical healthcare subject matter expertise and coaching, and consistently bringing thought leadership to the creation of analytics products. In the first year, you'll maintain strong support for your core client, while expanding your portfolio to multiple customers, become a self-sufficient subject matter expert on arenaflex's analytics product, and proficiently manage multiple customer projects with on-time deliverables of creative insights. **What You'll Be Doing** As a Senior Analyst, Customer Insights, you'll: * Develop data models to support Behavioral Health performance monitoring at a population level * Deliver customer-facing dashboards, utilizing Amazon's QuickSight Product * Help support project management, road mapping, and analytics product ideation for multiple customers * Collaborate with talented colleagues – Product Managers, Analysts, and Data Scientists – across teams **What You'll Bring** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 3+ years of healthcare analytic experience * Experience and familiarity with medical economics and quality * Comfortable speaking with clients about their goals / objectives and translating those into concrete deliverables * Experience analyzing claims data * Experience with project planning and timeline management on complex analytic projects * Ability to query and manipulate relational databases with SQL * Experience with a business intelligence dashboarding tool such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI * Eagerness to learn, a detail-oriented mindset, and a creative approach to problem-solving **Would Love for You to Have** While not required, we'd love for you to have: * Experience working at or with government agencies, behavioral healthcare providers * A passion for communicating data through clear and compelling visual design * Experience with healthcare quality measure specifications * Experience with the AWS platform and writing Athena queries * Advanced SQL skills or familiarity with other languages such as Python or R * Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence * Experience using statistical modeling and/or machine learning **What You'll Get** As a Senior Analyst, Customer Insights at arenaflex, you'll: * Contribute to high-visibility, high-impact customer innovation in Behavioral Healthcare monitoring at massive scale * Analyze large data sets on arenaflex's custom data model built by analysts for analysts * Create value-add IP, including predictive models, and quickly distribute it to arenaflex customers * Support a variety of customers in the healthcare space – all focused on pulling healthcare tech into modernity * Be part of a collaborative team with decades of collective experience in population health and data science * Be a part of a mission-driven company that is transforming the healthcare industry by changing the way patients receive care * Enjoy a flexible, remote-friendly work environment with personality and heart * Participate in employee-driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development * Be a member of the arenaflex and Barkadian Community * Enjoy competitive compensation and amazing benefits, including flexible time off (FTO) **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a leading Population Health and Analytics software company dedicated to transforming the healthcare industry.
