Job Summary:
The Senior Application Manager will provide thought leadership and technical guidance to engineering staff, communicate plans, status, and issues to senior leadership, and coordinate cross-functional teams to adhere to design standards, guidelines, and timelines. This is a remote opportunity with a competitive salary and immediate start date available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain adherence to quality standards, ensuring ongoing compliance and excellence
- Oversee multiple application programming and analysis projects, including development, installation, and maintenance of application programs

- Analyze applications to ensure they meet business needs and specifications, driving innovation and improvement
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of extensive systems analysis, design, and project management experience
- 3+ years of management and/or leadership experience
Skills and Certifications:
- Proven technical background with relational database and data warehousing technologies
- Expertise in service-oriented architecture and object-oriented architecture design patterns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform non-routine analytical tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to establish and maintain high customer trust and confidence
- Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking, relationship management, and vendor management
