About the position
We are seeking a Senior Art Director – Creative & Web to lead the concepting and execution of high-quality brand advertising, digital experiences, and multi-channel communications. This role partners closely with copywriters, UX designers, account managers, and creative leadership to deliver strategic, on-brand work that supports business objectives and elevates customer and employee engagement.
- Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction and design for brand, marketing, and digital communications
- Translate business strategies and messaging into compelling creative solutions
- Develop work across multiple channels including digital, web, email, social, video, motion, and print
- Collaborate cross-functionally with copywriters, UX, and account teams
- Present creative concepts and final deliverables to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Ensure work aligns with brand standards, timelines, and budget expectations
- Maintain high attention to detail from concept through final delivery and archiving
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design, and digital/web design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand advertising and integrated campaigns
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma , and presentation tools
- Experience designing for paid media, web, email, social, video, and print
- Strong conceptual, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset
- Nice-to-haves
- Experience in large enterprise or regulated industries
- Familiarity with Workamajig, SharePoint , and major social platforms
- Experience leading or mentoring creative team members
