Role Overview
Think Agency provides creative, content, and digital promotion services to the building industry. With nearly three decades of experience, we are established experts in our niche—now, we’re looking for a fresh, modern design perspective to help us shape the future of Think.
In this role, you will work directly under our Creative Director, taking high-level strategies and turning them into polished, modern visual realities. We are looking for a designer with high digital fluency who can take a creative brief and run with it—delivering sophisticated work that pushes boundaries while staying true to our clients' brand standards.

Based fully remote, we are a mid-sized agency with a deep specialty in the building materials industry. We make technical concepts consumable. We’re stable, established, and looking for a new creative spark to help us maintain our competitive edge.
- Key Responsibilities
- Visual Execution: Follow the lead and direction of the Creative Director to produce high-impact assets for print, digital, social, and web.
- Conceptual Translation: Take abstract creative directions and translate them into concrete, modern design systems.
- Production Mastery: Ensure all work is "press-ready" or "web-ready," maintaining the highest technical standards for color, layout, and typography.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve brand standards for a diverse portfolio of industrial and B2B clients.
- Qualifications
- 4–8+ years of professional design experience: You are a seasoned "doer" who understands agency workflows.
- Education: A minimum of a 2-year degree (Associate’s) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Modern Portfolio: A showcase of work that demonstrates conceptual depth and a contemporary visual edge across digital and traditional media.
- Technical Expert: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Proficiency in XD or Figma is a major plus.
- Collaborative Mindset: A strong ability to take direction, iterate based on feedback, and support the Creative Director’s vision.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving, remote environment.
- The "Bonus" Toolkit
- Motion & Video: Experience with After Effects or Premiere.
- 3D Visualization: Experience with product rendering or 3D environments.
- Industrial Savvy: Experience in the building materials, architecture, or construction sectors.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
