Associate Attorney or Senior Associate Attorney (Hiring for Both)
Location: Orange County, CA (Hybrid | Mostly remote after initial onboarding) Compensation: $160k - $200k + Bonus + Benefits + 401(k) Match
A highly respected national civil litigation firm is seeking both mid level and senior Associate Attorneys to join its expanding Orange County team. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who want meaningful mentorship, exposure to complex cases, and a clear path for long term growth.
This position requires active California bar license.
Our attorneys represent a diverse range of clients across medical negligence, elder abuse, general liability, and wrongful death matters, with many cases involving high stakes or complex fact patterns. The practice offers a steady flow of challenging work that sharpens litigation skills and provides significant courtroom and case handling experience. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants to work alongside some of the most respected lawyers and receive lots of mentorship and support.

- What You Will Be Doing
- Managing a caseload that includes medical negligence, elder abuse, general liability, and wrongful death matters
- Handling all phases of litigation, including:
- Discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Legal research and drafting
- Case evaluation and reporting
- Collaborating closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex, high exposure cases
- Communicating with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
- Contributing to strategy development and ensuring cases move efficiently toward resolution
- What You Need for This Position
- Professional Civil Litigation experience
- Medical negligence experience is a plus but not required
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience handling depositions, drafting motions, and managing discovery
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Interest in mentorship, professional development, and long term growth
- California bar membership (required)
