As a Senior Associate, you'll work closely with our cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, analytics, and support, to drive strategic initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and retention. **About the Role** As a Senior Associate on our Customer Experience Strategy & Operations team, you'll be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and executing initiatives that enhance our customers' experience when interacting with our support organization. You'll own the reporting, strategic planning, and execution of initiatives to drive improvements in key measures of consumer satisfaction and retention. Your expertise will be instrumental in setting the direction of arenaflex's Consumer Experience, moving swiftly to understand and eliminate the drivers of delivery defects. **Key Responsibilities** * Strategize: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer experience, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making. * Analyze: Utilize data analytics tools (SQL/Mode) to produce insights that identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, effectiveness, and customer experience. * Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to guide priority projects that enhance customer experience, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. * Build: Develop and implement company-level priority projects to improve arenaflex's Consumer Experience, from high-level strategy to detailed execution. **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of success. * Experience handling requests from various channels efficiently and effectively, with a focus on creating structure and process. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve problems from first principles and think outside the box. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across a breadth of disciplines and teams. * Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL/Mode) and experience with complex data modeling in Excel. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, with a passion for improving customer experience. * Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. * Strong understanding of arenaflex's business operations and customer journey. **Skills and Competencies** * Strategic thinking and planning * Data analysis and interpretation * Collaboration and communication * Problem-solving and critical thinking * Project management and execution * Customer experience design and improvement **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting our employees' growth and development.
