- Solve complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers
- Work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Describe the tools, technologies, applications and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data in order to create insightful and actionable business information
- Begin to influence department’s strategy and make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components
- Requirements:
- 5 years or more of technical experience in data analysis
- Proven expertise in SQL and related data systems, with a strong track record of querying, analyzing, and managing complex datasets
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced proficiency in Word, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros), Access, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to work with large-scale, complex data sets within enterprise environments, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and actionable insights
- Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
- Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior leadership
