About the position
- Responsibilities
- Lead and execute omnichannel support strategies for brands, ensuring online and in-store tactics complement each other
- Drive CPG/other shopper/omni partnership marketing strategies and activations
- Work closely with eCom agency to build Search plans for everyday & seasonal campaigns on retailer.com
- Ensure Brand priorities and Sales priorities are aligned before briefing agencies
- Educate agencies on brand objectives and customer priorities to stay aligned with internal goals
- Partner with the Shopper agency to build in-store marketing support plans to build in-store traffic and sales velocities
- Report out pre/post event analysis on key programs with brand, sales strategy, sales, integrated marketing, shopper insights and sales teams
- Help to improve shopper/omni marketing projection accuracy and reporting to drive trust and confidence
- Assist the Sales teams with supporting materials/collaterals to drive sell-in
- Incorporate Global office guidelines into executions to remain consistent with other markets and Ferrero standards
- Manage all aspects of ShopCom budgets for assigned brands
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 4+ years of eCommerce digital marketing experience
- Experience with launching and optimizing Search campaigns on retailer.com (Amazon, Instacart, Walmart etc.) required
- Experience with Shopper Marketing/In-store marketing programs (shelf talkers, in-store signage, coupons, sampling etc.)
- CPG industry experience a plus
- Must have team-management experience or agency-management experience to be successful in this role
- A strong performance driver with performance marketing mindset to maximize efficiency using innovative approaches
- Strong story-telling ability to make recommendations and steer decision making via education/knowledge sharing
