work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance. **Responsibilities** As a Senior Communications Associate, you'll be responsible for: * **Communications Creation**: Developing strategic communications initiatives that drive engagement and support our agents in delivering exceptional service. * **Subject Matter Expertise**: Acting as a subject matter expert for communications initiatives and working with various partners to understand performance support needs and make recommendations for support. * **Storytelling**: Utilizing your expertise in storytelling to tell a comprehensive and compelling story through verbal and written communication. * **Experience Design**: Partnering to develop the tools and processes that will best meet our agent and business needs. * **Process**: Contributing to the processes established to develop agent messaging and deliver communication materials. * **Measurement**: Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on content performance, as well as analyzing content and campaigns to translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for improvements. **Critical Skills** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification**: You'll need to have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. * **At least 2 years of communications, marketing, or technical writing experience**: You'll need to have at least 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or technical writing. * **Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience**: A bachelor's degree or military experience is preferred, but not required. * **At least 4 years of communications, marketing, or technical writing experience**: A minimum of 4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or technical writing is preferred. **Work from Home Technology Requirements** To work from home, you'll need: * **A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and
