Summary: The Senior Coordinator, Partner Experience helps drive the success of the In-House Agency by ensuring every project moves seamlessly from kickoff to completion. In this dynamic support role, you’ll help our Managers, Partner Experience navigate the flow of work across the agency—keeping teams aligned, informed, and on schedule. You will coordinate the trafficking of both complex and standard projects, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards. You’ll serve as a communication link between our internal team - tracking project progress, alerting the Manager to updates or changes, attending meetings as needed, and providing timely project status updates. As part of Freedom Mortgage’s In-House Agency, the ideal candidate will bring experience in the mortgage industry, with prior agency experience considered a plus. This role does not include direct reports, but requires a proactive, self-starting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains exceptional attention to detail. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain awareness of project progress to traffic tasks effectively and accurately. Effectively manages a broad and complex workload with ease and efficiency. Responsible for keeping the projects moving through the in-house creative agency. Support trafficking of tasks for all active projects. Proactively assist with ensuring project timelines remain on time. Update status of project, task dates and assignments as project evolves. Demonstrate a posture of urgency in regard to ensuring timely project movement. Handle project link connection of master project list, project sheets and project folders. Direct partner inquiries to Manager for timely and accurate responses. Independently review and update project task lines as projects progress. Attend project meetings and record notes. Identify and communicate potential project issues and risks and propose solutions to project managers. Update statuses in Master List for all movement in assigned projects including tasks pushed by project manager. Must maintain an attitude of professionalism. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Other Job Duties and Responsibilities: Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills. Proficient knowledge of Excel. Ability to multi-task. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Knowledge of creative agency structure. Digital acuity is a must. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree from a four (4) year College or University or equivalent experience. 3+ years of related project coordinator experience. Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office programs and Adobe suite is a plus. Agency experience is a plus (in-house or traditional creative agency). Experience with proofing. Experience in the mortgage industry is preferable. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None Required Work Complexity: Problems and issues faced are general, and may require understanding of broader set of issues but typically are not complex. May require familiarity with the financial/mortgage (or job-specific) industry. Problems require understanding of other job areas. Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experiences, with analysis of the issue.
