Senior Corporate Counsel will provide legal advice to company teams and leadership, collaborating with external legal counsel on a variety of matters including contracts, patents, employment law, and government regulations (e.g., IP, FDA, etc.). This role will focus on identifying and managing risks while offering practical, results-oriented legal guidance to help the company achieve its business objectives. Responsibilities also include assessing, drafting, updating, implementing, and monitoring guidelines, standard agreements, platform policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with international data privacy laws.
