    Job Description:
  • Lead **creative direction** for consumer-facing products and marketing assets.
  • Translate content and brand guidance into **high-quality, polished visual experiences**, including:- Marketing websites and landing pages- Sales pages, PDFs, slide decks, and presentations- App dashboards or new screens within existing products
  • Maintain **strong UX and product design fundamentals**, while prioritizing **consumer appeal and brand-forward aesthetics**.
  • Work **directly with clients in real-time**, collaborating live to produce high-level ideas and outputs in the moment.
  • Own the **end-to-end design execution**, providing clear recommendations, rapid prototypes, and final deliverables.
  • Ensure all creative work is **consistent with brand identity**, visually compelling, and aligned with business goals.
  • Mentor or guide junior designers as needed, helping maintain quality standards across projects.
    Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in creative leadership or senior design roles, ideally blending marketing and product design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing-driven, consumer-facing work (web, app, landing pages, decks, or sales materials).
  • Proven experience adding new screens/features to existing apps while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Excellent visual design skills: typography, layout, color, and composition.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—especially in live client settings.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers is a plus.
