As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to helping our clients achieve their goals and succeed in an increasingly competitive market. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Customer Success Manager, your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they get the most out of our CDK solutions. Your responsibilities will include: * Working closely with clients to define their strategy around CDK solutions and providing guidance on how to utilize our products effectively * Fields questions and directs clients to appropriate support resources, ensuring they have access to the help they need when they need it * Maintaining pre-established relationships and assisting in building new relationships with dealership management, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration * Demonstrating expertise in CDK products, establishing a reputation as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the industry * Assessing dealership risk factors and identifying risk mitigation strategies to help our clients stay ahead of the competition * Working with Sales and Marketing to create prospecting opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base * Preparing client-specific reports and presentations for education and growth, providing actionable insights and recommendations * Identifying trends and creating solutions for identified gaps using analytics, staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving automotive industry * Identifying opportunities and addressing training needs for dealership staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed * Making recommendations and assisting clients with industry best practices and solutions, providing expert guidance and support * Drives true value for customers and identifies strategies for retaining “at risk” clients, ensuring our clients stay loyal and engaged * Developing productive working relationships with Lead CSMs and assisting where needed, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork * Mentors CSMs on best practices and engages in solutions for client needs, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success * Seeks and listens to feedback, demonstrating a positive outlook on work and a commitment to continuous improvement * Provides recognition to peers and mentors junior staff on risk mitigation strategies, promoting a culture of recognition and appreciation * Utilizes Totango to document valued-added conversations & engagements with dealer partners, tracking progress and measuring success **Qualifications** To succeed as a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll need: * Minimum 5 years of client services, marketing, or sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results * B2B or outside sales or account management experience in a similar industry, with a strong understanding of the automotive sector * Ability to travel - 50%, with a willingness to hit the road and meet with clients in person * Ability to work and influence across all levels of the dealership, from sales and marketing to finance and operations * Knowledge of CDK applications, business strategy, and familiarity with the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and developments * In-depth knowledge of variable dealership operations or training dealer staff on software applications and processes, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Proficient in using SalesForce (CX platform as a bonus), with experience in CRM software and data analysis * High sense of urgency and ability to handle high-stress interactions, with a calm and composed demeanor under pressure * Strong communication skills with peers and clients, both oral and written, with a focus on clear and concise communication * Ability to work as a team member and take ownership of clients, with a collaborative and results-driven approach * Analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines **Requirements** To excel as a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll need: * Understanding of CDK's org structure, solutions, implementation, and service models, with a strong knowledge of our products and services * SaaS experience preferred but not required, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies * Experience using a CX platform, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Some knowledge of automotive areas (Front-End, parts and service, and Accounting), dealership workflows, and technology industries preferred, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and developments **Benefits** As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Medical, dental, and vision benefits, with a focus on your health and well-being * Paid Time Off (PTO), with a generous vacation policy and flexible scheduling * 401K Matching Program, with a focus on your financial security and retirement planning * Tuition Reimbursement, with a focus on your professional development and career growth **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a real difference in the lives of our clients.
