Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Strengthening customer relationships by providing exceptional support and serving as the face of arenaflex with customers * Analyzing data to understand customer engagement, identify product enhancements, and promote user adoption * Tracking customers' value, retention, and satisfaction to expand arenaflex's footprint and drive business growth * Partnering with employer customers to establish and execute communication strategies that maximize impact and deliver value * Collaborating with product and sales teams to innovate on products and deliver exceptional customer experiences What We Require: To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 5+ years of customer success experience, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention * Experience working with carriers, brokers, benefits admin/ben tech providers, or direct-to-employer relationships, with a deep understanding of the employee benefits technology landscape * An entrepreneurial approach and comfort with ambiguity, with the ability to navigate complex customer needs and priorities * Strong project management and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines * Clear, empathetic, and proactive communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders How to Stand Out: While not required, experience with project management methodologies like PMP can be a valuable asset in this role.
