We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Disney, where you will play a key role in driving business growth through data analysis, insights, and recommendations. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. This is a remote, part-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $25 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex data analyses, visualizations, and reporting to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement analytic solutions that drive business outcomes
- Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends and insights in large datasets
- Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization, with expertise in SQL, Python, or R
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end analysis projects with significant business impact
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
Nice to Have:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, or MicroStrategy
- Background in marketing, consulting, or a related field
- Strong motivation and ability to work independently
