Job Description:

We're looking for a talented Senior Data Scientist to join our team and help us drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a senior data scientist, you'll be responsible for:

Leading efforts in AI and machine learning, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions

Performing in-depth analysis and modeling of large datasets to drive business growth and improve customer experience

Designing, running, and analyzing A/B experiments to measure the impact of changes on customer behavior

Developing and implementing scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large-scale data analysis and machine learning model development

Researching new and innovative AI approaches and technologies

Mentoring and guiding junior data scientists and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth

Key Responsibilities:

Technical leadership in AI and machine learning

Data analysis and modeling

A/B testing and experimentation

Machine learning model development and deployment

Research and development of new AI approaches

Mentorship and guidance of junior data scientists

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field

2+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/numerical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab)

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)

Experience with statistical models (e.g., multinomial logistic regression)

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., AWS QuickSight, Tableau, R Shiny)

Experience managing data pipelines

Experience as a leader and mentor in a data science team
