- Convey product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog
- Collaborate with partners to anticipate needs and translate into product requirements
- Create a product roadmap based on the aligned vision
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize it based on changing requirements
- Develop user stories and lead grooming sessions to ensure requirements are met
- Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
- Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints
- Perform user acceptance testing and accept user stories before releasing
- Requirements:
- Digital experience (web, mobile, social and ecommerce)
- 5+ years of experience in the product management area, with direct experience as a Product Owner
- Natural leadership instincts with the ability to innovate
- ECommerce experience
- Deep user empathy and user experience sensibilities
- Work well with designers and engineers in an Agile environment
