The Role:
We're offering an exciting one-year contract role for a Senior-level Software/Digital Project Manager to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll work closely with a culturally diverse team of developers, UX designers, and fellow Project Managers to deliver software projects on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client meetings to communicate progress, review priorities, and resolve support requests
- Create and maintain project documentation and plans
- Facilitate daily team meetings, identify impediments, and drive resolutions
- Motivate the team to deliver high-quality work on time
- Oversee the estimation process and continuously monitor budgets
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and conduct user acceptance testing
- Contribute to process improvements and write blog posts
About You:
We're looking for a talented individual with:
- At least 5 years of project management experience in consultancy or agency, within digital or software environments
- 10+ years of related work experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varied workloads
- An interest in technology and a willingness to learn
- Been based in the UK for at least the last 5 years
