In this complex leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic relationships with key customers, creating value, and fulfilling arenaflex's customer promise through a range of innovative solutions anchored in the arenaflex value bundle. As a seasoned leader, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders to align on strategy and drive business growth through a collaborative business approach.

- *Key Responsibilities:**
As a Senior Director, Customer Leadership - Foodservice, you will be responsible for:
- Inspiring and coaching account teams through Collaborative Business Planning, The arenaflex Value Bundle, Storytelling, and Presenting to build long-term partnerships with key customers.
- Overseeing the development of customer plans for regional chains, building enduring relationships with senior management of regional chain accounts, and providing strategic direction and leadership to a highly motivated sales team.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing the sales team to support their professional development and ensure that the organization's need for future leaders is consistently met.
- Recruiting, hiring, and training emerging sales talent, with 5 to 7 direct reports.
- Indirectly leading a team of cross-functional professionals who directly support the market, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
- Providing strategic direction and framework for the market, coordinating with bottler partners and North America Operating Unit senior leadership.
- Providing overall arenaflex system leadership in the designated market, including liaison work with various professional organizations that touch the food service industry.
- Ensuring comprehensive call coverage within the customers' organizational structure, leading and stewarding top-to-top calls with designated customers.
- *Qualifications and Requirements:**
- Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in the consumer goods industry.
- 5+ years in sales/marketing or major account management.
- 3+ years managing professional sales people.
- A demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and lead others is a must.
- *Travel:**
- 25%-30% travel required, with opportunities to work from home and in-office.

- Southern California or Denver, CO.
