Role Description
This is a contract, remote role for a Senior Ecommerce & Conversion Operator specializing in Shopify and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). The operator will be responsible for managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, analyzing website performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, implementing A/B testing strategies, and driving sales growth. Additionally, the role involves maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring seamless user experiences, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to enhance business outcomes.
- Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce and Sales expertise, with proficiency in Shopify functionality and optimization
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and implement improvements
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively, both externally and internally
- Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) is highly valued
- Proficiency in A/B testing and other optimization tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
