About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Operational Resilience to support the development and implementation of a robust Operational Resilience Framework within a regulated banking environment. This role is critical in ensuring the Bank can effectively prevent, respond to, and recover from operational disruptions while maintaining service continuity. Key Responsibilities Operational Resilience Support the development, review, and implementation of Operational Resilience policies and frameworks Assist in Business Impact Analysis (BIA), including data collection, validation, and reporting Identify critical business services, assets, and dependencies Collaborate with stakeholders to implement controls and mitigate operational risks Participate in incident management and ensure appropriate response actions are in place Contribute to governance reporting for senior management and committees Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Assist in designing, maintaining, and testing Business Continuity Plans Support internal and external recovery arrangements Coordinate BCP testing schedules and monitor outcomes Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk Support the development and implementation of outsourcing frameworks and policies Assist in third-party risk assessments and contract reviews Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements Training & Awareness Support delivery of workshops and training on Operational Resilience, BCP, and Crisis Management Promote a strong resilience culture across the organisation Policy & Governance Assist in drafting policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks Support audit activities and ensure timely closure of findings Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and internal standards Candidate Profile 3 years’ experience in Operational Risk within banking or financial services Strong knowledge of Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and risk management frameworks Understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure What We Offer A dynamic and collaborative work environment Exposure to strategic risk and resilience initiatives Opportunities for professional growth and development
