font-style: normal; text-align: center; text-indent: 0px;" data-pasted="true">Senior General Maintenance Worker.</span> </div><br><strong>Duties will include, but are not limited to the following: </strong><br data-pasted="true"><p data-pasted="true">Responsible for maintenance inspections, general cleaning and repairs, safety inspections, and vehicle maintenance.</p><p>Responsible for performing building inspections following disasters or upon request.</p><p>Assists with library refurbishments and facility closures and openings.</p><p>Assists with special projects and library refresh initiatives.</p><p>Participates in after-hours standby rotations, as required.</p><p>Supports maintenance supervisor with equipment management and contracted work solicitations.</p><p>Conducts deliveries and pickups of furniture and other library materials. </p><br><strong>Desirable Qualifications:</strong><br><br>Experience operating large stake-bed trucks with hydraulic tailgates.<p>Thorough knowledge of warehouse safety and cargo handling procedures.</p><p>Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Teams.</p><p>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.</p>Capable of working independently and collaborating effectively as part of a team.<br><br><br><br><p style="margin: 10px 0px;
