About the SCLA
Mission: Empowering Students to Build Careers That Matter
At The Society for Collegiate Leadership & Achievement (SCLA), we believe that every student deserves a clear path from the classroom to a meaningful career. We aren’t just an honor society; we are a massive, national ecosystem of over 125,000 members across 850+ campuses, all working toward one goal: student success.
We are in a period of rapid, exciting growth—experiencing a 320% increase in membership recently—and we need a technical partner who shares our passion for impact. By joining this project, you aren’t just writing code; you are building the gateway for the next generation of leaders to access accredited certifications, AI-powered networking, and life-changing career tools.
The Role
We are seeking a high-level HubSpot "Unicorn" to lead three distinct projects. This role requires a blend of pixel-perfect frontend development and advanced data/analytics architecture. Our technical lead will review all applications for code quality and tracking logic.
- Project 1: New HubSpot Website Build
- Scope: Build a custom HubSpot website from finalized Figma designs (approximately 12 pages).
- Expectation: High-fidelity execution. You must be comfortable with clean HubL/CSS and creating a flexible backend for our team to manage content easily.
- Project 2: Existing Site Updates (Higher Ed)
- Scope: Graphical and layout updates to 3-4 existing pages/assets on our live site.
- Expectation: Seamless integration with existing styles while improving UI/UX.
- Project 3: Cross-Platform Tracking Setup (URGENT)
- Scope: We have an embedded HTML form on our HubSpot homepage that redirects to a non-HubSpot system. We need to bridge this tracking gap.
- Expectation: Configure GA4, GTM, and HubSpot to accurately track form submissions and user behavior across both domains.
- Timeline: This must be operational within 1 week.
- Requirements
- Expertise in HubL, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep experience with GA4, GTM, and Google Looker Studio integrations.
- Proven ability to implement Cross-Domain Tracking and solve attribution issues with third-party redirects.
- Portfolio of custom-coded HubSpot sites (no pre-made themes).
Budget: $30–$50/hour.
Future: Successful completion of this project will lead to ongoing maintenance and new build opportunities as we continue our national expansion.
