Senior Information Examiner, you will play a critical role in supporting the Endorser Tasks capability within the Information Examination group.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist in continuous companion measuring for various business key drivers. You will work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change notifications (including bolthires increments, supporter arrangements, and new data being gathered) by determining which subscribers should receive our dedicated alerts. Additionally, you will help identify subscribers impacted by episodes requiring important and lawful remediations. Key Responsibilities * Oversee data and document requirements related to supporter informing drives (including bolthires increments, supporter arrangements, and new data being gathered) and episode remediation (ensuring that the right clients receive discounts when required).
* Develop questions based on required business rationale, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise subscribers of supporters for informing as well as remediation. * Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners. * Develop a solid understanding of subscriber adjustments and the technical framework underlying subscriber data. * Oversee project planning and timelines and manage cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events.
* Drive alignment across Information, Business Tasks, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks. * Collaborate with Data Item and Information Quality Designing to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data occurrences. Essential Qualifications * 2+ years of work experience working with SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline. * 2+ years of analytical experience. * Proven ability to convey technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences.
* Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages. * Familiarity with data analysis and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc. * Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools. * Certification in data analysis or a related field. * Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools.
