Lead and drive strategic initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of JM Smucker.
Manage and optimize the company's project portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
Oversee project execution, including monitoring progress, identifying and resolving issues, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
Utilize project management methodologies and tools to drive efficient and effective project delivery.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Mentor and develop junior project management team members to build a strong and capable team.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
Contribute to the development and implementation of project management processes, policies, and standards.
Act as a brand ambassador for JM Smucker, exemplifying the company's core values and culture in all interactions.
