The Senior Manager, Sales Development AMER is a key leadership role within the GTM organization, responsible for defining outbound strategy and leading a team to achieve pipeline generation and revenue goals for the Employer of Record product line.
Responsibilities...
Ā Defining outbound strategy for the EOR Sales Development organization.
Ā Providing strong leadership and strategic direction to the Sales Development team.
Ā Coaching and mentoring SDRs and junior Leaders to drive outbound pipeline generation goals and aid in career progression.
Ā Developing and implementing programs to enhance SDR effectiveness and optimize results.
Ā Collaborating closely with regional Sales Leaders and the Sales Development Leadership team to improve sales pipeline quality and quantity.
Ā Working with Growth, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams to provide input on lead acquisition strategies, streamline processes, and produce effective training materials.
Ā Reporting on key individual and team metrics to identify areas for improvement and refine qualification and prospect engagement strategies.
Ā Managing the performance of direct reports and advising on performance management of sub-teams.
Ā Hiring, onboarding, and developing new SDR and Leadership talent.
Ā Fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning within the team.
Skills
Ā A minimum of 12 months in a second-line leadership role, with a focus on prospecting in the AMER region.
Ā Demonstrable track record of success driving pipeline generation through outbound channels.
Ā Strong sales acumen Ā experience in a closing role is strongly preferred.
Ā Proficiency with a robust tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, or similar products.
Ā Passion for hiring, onboarding, and mentoring top SDR and Leadership talent.
Ā Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, especially within Sales and Growth.
Ā Experience leading high-impact cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution.
Ā Proven ability to analyze data to identify trends and translate into effective strategies for increasing SDR performance.
Ā Writes and speaks fluent English
