This is a senior-level tax advisory role focused on advanced planning, complex structuring, and high-stakes decision support for UHNW founders, multi-entity family enterprises, and sophisticated private clients — without busy season, billable-hour pressure, or audit work.
This role is designed for experienced Big 4 / National Firm Tax Managers and Senior Managers ready to move beyond utilization metrics into true advisory work with autonomy, impact, and ownership.

What You’ll Do
- Advanced Tax Strategy & Advisory
- Lead sophisticated tax planning for UHNW individuals, family enterprises, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
- Advise on liquidity events, business exits, reorganizations, M&A activity, and multi-jurisdictional tax considerations
- Design and implement creative strategies across income tax, partnership tax, estate and gift planning, and wealth transfer
- Client Engagement & Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to founders, executives, CPAs, and legal counsel
- Conduct complex tax research and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Own engagements end-to-end, including scoping, modeling, execution, and client delivery
- Mentor and develop junior team members and contribute to internal tax framework evolution
- Collaborate with internal planning teams and external advisors to deliver integrated client solutions

Who You Are
- Core Qualifications
- 7–12+ years of progressive tax advisory experience in public accounting, family office, private client services, or advanced tax advisory environments
- Strong preference for candidates with Big 4 or National Firm Manager or Senior Manager experience
- CPA strongly preferred; JD/LLM (Tax), EA, CFP® also valued
- Deep experience with flow-through entities, C corporations, trusts, estate and gift planning, and UHNW clients

- Able to translate complex tax concepts into actionable client strategies
- Strong leadership, coaching, and project management capabilities
