Job Description
- We're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager who will own customer insight, advocacy, and experience at Close. You'll be responsible for translating customer love into marketing that drives growth. The role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring you to define customer advocacy systems, identify education gaps, and shape marketing strategies across the customer journey.Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer-led marketing
- Proven ability to conduct customer interviews and gather feedback
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to position products and translate customer insight into marketing
