- Minimum of 1- 5 years’ experience in senior administration, operations, or executive support roles.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across regions or countries.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and manage complexity with confidence.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
