The Tri-Com Consulting Group
is a Full-Service IT Employment Consulting Firm who is seeking qualified candidates for the
following opening: Senior Oracle Financial Specialist

Enhance / support the Oracle R12 Fin. Mngt. Syst. processes & address new areas of work.
Work with the WorkDay HCM/Payroll & Financial integration team on Data Mapping and Integrations
Work on Bridge Integrations between Oracle FMS and Workday as needed. New integrations from Oracle ERP include transaction on Purchase Orders, Invoices, GL, Grants, AR, Projects.
Develop new reports and update existing FMS Oracle reports,

Required Experience 10+ Years Experience

Well-versed with Procure-to-Pay modules and General Ledger (including SLA) -
Understand how Oracle Grants/Projects work and its integration Oracle PO, AP, OTL
Basics of Oracle HRMS, Oracle Time and Labor
Technically strong in R12.2.x architecture and tech-stack
Experience in developing Oracle integrations for Workday Projects is desired

The candidate must be technically strong in:

Scope of the Work

All modules have a great deal of customizations.

· Most custom reports:

o HR

o OTL

· Most customizations impacting functionality.

Suggest improvements and map the requirements for the Oracle EBS environment
Support and assist the internal IT team with support issues and key development areas
Prepare project plans, estimates and milestones, task plans, test plans and defect tracking mechanisms to deliver and manage projects, customizations & enhancements
Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.X implementations, upgrades and support
Knowledge of HRMS, OTL, Inventory, PO, AP, Grants, Subledger Accounting, and GL
Design, develop and deliver high level custom solutions using:

o SQL and PL/SQL

o RICE Objects

§ Interfaces

§ Conversions

§ Integrations

§ Extracts

o Oracle Application Object Library,

Perform gap fixes and performance tuning (Work with DBAs)
Develop and deliver customizations and extensions
Perform unit testing and coordinate with users for integration and system testing
Manage and coordinate issue resolutions and escalations
Coordinate with Oracle on Product bugs, patches and Service Request resolutions
Weekly report on deliverables status and presentations with management
Support, develop and modify Bridge Integrations from FMS Oracle ERP to Workday ERP.
Develop New Oracle FMS Reports and Update existing Oracle FMS Reports with the Bridge Integrations from Oracle FMS to Workday ERP
Examine and analyze the benefits & risks of the project – Assist stakeholders in decision making
Implement effective risk management strategies
Gather requirements and input
Design, develop and deliver the projects on time with quality deliverables
Document test plans and results, deployment plans
Update project repository using industry documentation standards
Review projects and coordinate with the Lead Consultant
