- Responsibilities
- Drive measurable pipeline contribution from paid channels, focusing on opportunity creation and revenue impact.
- Align paid strategy with monthly and quarterly pipeline goals.
- Analyze performance metrics to inform investment decisions.
- Provide executive-level reporting on media effectiveness.
- Develop ABM-style paid programs to engage target accounts.
- Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B paid media or performance marketing experience.
- Proven experience connecting paid media performance to pipeline and revenue.
- Experience in building and scaling ABM-style paid media programs.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce campaign structure and attribution.
- Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models.
- Experience in managing agencies and setting performance KPIs.
- Analytical mindset with strong forecasting capabilities.
