Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant Industry Packages opening for our client in Collegeville, PA.
Location: Collegeville, PA
Duration: 6 months
Duties:
Ā Work as a Package Consultant within the Industry Package, focusing on pharmacovigilance case processing and business analysis.
Ā Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements.
Ā Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring business requirements are translated effectively into system specifications.
Ā Utilize the ARGUS processing system for pharmacovigilance case processing.
Ā Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations, including FDA and EMA guidelines.
Ā Support medical coding activities using MedDRA and the WHO Drug Dictionary.
Ā Provide subject-matter expertise to optimize workflows and improve business processes related to pharmacovigilance.
Ā Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Skills:
Ā Strong business analysis skills with the ability to document and understand business processes and requirements.
Ā Expertise in ARGUS processing system and pharmacovigilance case processing.
Ā Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Ā Proficiency in medical coding (MedDRA and WHO Drug Dictionary).
Ā Ability to bridge business and technical requirements effectively.
Ā In-depth knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations, including FDA and EMA guidelines.
Experience:
Ā Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in pharmacovigilance case processing and business analysis.
Ā Proven track record of business analysis, particularly in the pharmacovigilance industry.
Ā Experience with pharmacovigilance case processing and working with relevant software systems.
Ā Experience in medical coding with MedDRA and familiarity with the WHO Drug Dictionary is highly desirable.
Ā Experience in working as a case processor within pharmacovigilance is a plus.
Education:
Ā Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
