Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform portfolio decisions.
Lead and mentor a team of portfolio managers to achieve business goals and ensure professional development. Develop pricing strategies and manage product lifecycle to maximize profitability. Identify and pursue new partnerships and collaborations to expand the company's portfolio. Communicate portfolio updates and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Manage budget and resources effectively to support portfolio initiatives. Continuously evaluate and improve portfolio performance through data analysis and strategic adjustments.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Act as a company spokesperson and represent the portfolio at external events and conferences. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform future portfolio strategy. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the portfolio team.
