About the position
- Responsibilities
- Manage the agency workflow for retail print projects including print specs, sizes, and approvals on print-ready files.
- Collaborate with marketing, project management, and creative teams to ensure quality and consistency in print materials.
- Manage vendor relationships to support the production of print assets.
- Oversee production budgets and ensure alignment with the strategy and vision of creative directors.
- Guide and review the work of print producers and studio resources to meet established standards.
- Resolve complex issues that arise during the production process.
- Assign and manage incoming projects to print producers.
- Make decisions regarding project deliverables and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Maintain brand guidelines for the in-house agency.
- Requirements
- Eight or more years of relevant experience in print production or related fields.
- Expertise in production/printing techniques and workflows for applicable media.
- Strong knowledge of CMYK and RGB workflows, file resolution/formats, and printing techniques.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Ability to manage urgent deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working collaboratively within a team.
