The selected candidate will work directly within Ajaia’s team and contribute to enterprise AI initiatives, product development, and client engagements. Position Overview Ajaia is hiring a Senior Product and Brand Designer to bridge product UX/UI with brand and client communication across websites and delivery materials. This role requires a designer who can maintain consistency between user experience, visual identity, and business messaging. Every role at Ajaia is AI-forward. We expect candidates to use AI in daily workflows across research, ideation, drafting, design iteration, quality checks, and delivery acceleration. AI usage is a core execution requirement, not optional tooling. Primary Responsibilities Design product interfaces, user journeys, and website experiences that are clear and conversion-focused. Build and maintain brand-consistent design assets across internal and client-facing touchpoints. Create high-quality decks, proposals, and visual narratives for business and delivery teams. Use AI tools daily for ideation, copy/layout refinement, rapid variant creation, and QA support. Partner with engineering, strategy, and growth teams to ensure strong execution quality. Mentor or review junior designers when needed. Job Requirements 1-5 years of experience in product design, brand design, or adjacent digital design roles. Portfolio required with strong examples of UI/UX, websites, and brand communication work. Strong Figma skills and ability to deliver polished output quickly. AI-native workflow usage as a daily execution standard. Familiarity with Canva and design collaboration tooling. Preferred: front-end familiarity to improve handoff quality and implementation alignment. Strong communication and judgment in fast-paced, cross-functional projects. Schedule and Location Remote role with broader location eligibility based on hiring and compliance requirements. Eastern Time, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, including holidays. Compensation and Benefits Compensation Base salary (yearly): USD 7,000-10,000 (PHP 409,500-585,000 / PKR 1,960,000-2,800,000) Performance bonus (yearly): USD 0-4,000 (PHP 0-234,000 / PKR 0-1,120,000) Total cash compensation (yearly): USD 7,000-14,000 (PHP 409,500-819,000 / PKR 1,960,000-3,920,000) Salary and total compensation depend on experience, portfolio strength, and demonstrated performance.
