  • Successfully leads and manages large and/or complex Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects
  • Project planning, monitoring and controlling/reporting, issue and risk management, stakeholder management, and developing and delivering effective communication
  • Provide excellent service and build ongoing relationships with clients, always showing up with the highest degree of integrity
  • Day to day leadership and influence over project team; effectively drives tasks, budget, timeline and ensures teams stay within scope
  • Updates project plan/timeline, PSA (forecast), and budget on a weekly basis
  • Builds, maintains relationships with and independently works and communicates with Client Partner and line level project team members; is able to participate/lead strategic conversations with high level client stakeholders (directors and above) with support from Client Partner
  • Organizes, facilitates, and drives steering committee meetings, project planning meetings, and recurring team meetings
  • Independently maintains project budgets in Stoneridge tools and proactively reports status and identifies and resolves issues
  • Facilitates and fosters collaboration within project teams; primary collaboration is within project teams
  • Proactively prioritizes own and project team’s work on a day-to-day basis with minimal to no guidance required
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support our client's business goals while cultivating a trusting relationship with each client
  • Understand client's resource capabilities and constraints, and adjust the project plan accordingly
  • Develop and successfully deliver large scale project activities including but not limited to; scheduling, resourcing (including forecasting), project budget management, risk planning and mitigation, backlog/scope management, and proposal development
  • Manage team activities and project dependencies to ensure on time project deliverables
  • Manage issues and escalations on projects, always demonstrating empathy and strong interpersonal skills
  • Plan and schedule consultants' work and negotiate resolution of resourcing conflicts
  • Work collaboratively with project teams and clients
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5-8+ years actively managing projects in a project manager role including all aspects of process development and project lifecycle execution
  • Proven experience leading successful full lifecycle Dynamics 365 F&O implementations
  • Direct experience and ability to develop detailed project plans, scope documents/backlogs, project schedules with dependencies, and resource forecasts and plans
  • Ability to successfully manage budgets and timelines, proactively identifying issues with the ability to effectively communicate solutions to budget and timeline issues with clients
  • Some formal PM training/certification strongly preferred (PMP, CAPM, CSM, etc.)
  • Formal Microsoft training/certifications preferred
  • Previous consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Great leadership, communication, teamwork skills with proven ability to collaborate in group problem-solving situations
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and follows through on commitments
  • General understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Strong ability to quickly grasp complex and/or technical items and break them down into workable segments
  • Solid interpersonal skills, and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within and outside Stoneridge
  • Ability to work primarily independently and concurrently manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively for the best interests of the business and the team
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
