Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools and methodologies to oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Archer solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, and aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Archer application projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Archer system configurations and workflows.
- Work closely with technical teams to design, implement, and test Archer solutions tailored to business needs.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports for key stakeholders.
- Ensure Archer platform updates, patches, and integrations are performed efficiently with minimal business disruption.
- Facilitate user training sessions and create documentation for the Archer environment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication across departments.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of project management experience, with a focus on GRC tools like RSA Archer.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth understanding of the RSA Archer platform, including modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with Archer APIs and data feeds for automation and reporting.
- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of GRC frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOX compliance.
